1x Laminator – Tooling

Reporting to the Team Leader in the Tooling Department, you will fulfil the necessary requirements
with regards to the operational activities / requirements in the Tooling Department to meet the
Company’s objectives which is manufacturing of high-quality components.


KEY JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Work in all areas of composite production, including automation / infusion;
• Maintain quality and adhere to quality standards at all times;
• Maintain stable production-delivery;
• Achievement of health and safety standards;
• Ensure build cycle requirements are met.


QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum: Qualification External Candidates: NQF Level 2 (Grade 10).
    Qualification Internal team members:
    NQF level 2(Grade 10) and/or a R&C competency certificate as a Laminator
  •  Ideal: NQF Level 4;
  • Experience: At least 2-3 years relevant experience;
  • Thorough knowledge and experience of all aspects of Laminating;
  • Advantageous: Infusion experience;
  • Excellent timekeeping and attendance record;
  • Able to work weekends and overtime;
  • Have a thorough understanding of the quality condition within the company;

COMPETENCIES:

• Good planning, organising and communication skills, both verbal and written;
• Able to work under pressure to meet desired outcomes;
• Decision Making
