Reporting to the Team Leader in the Assembly Department, you will fulfil the necessary requirements with regards to the operational activities / requirement in the Moulding Shop Department to meet the Company’s objectives which is the manufacturing of high-quality components.


KEY JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Work in all areas of composite production, including automation / infusion;
• Maintain quality and adhere to quality standards at all times;
• Maintain stable production-delivery;
• Achievement of health and safety standards;
• Ensure build cycle requirements are met.


QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum: Minimum Qualification: NQF Level 2;
• Ideal: NQF Level 4;
• Minimum Experience: At least 2-3 years relevant experience;
• Thorough knowledge and experience of all aspects of Laminating;
• Advantageous: Hull Laminating and Infusion experience;
• Excellent timekeeping and attendance record;
• Able to work weekends and overtime;
• Have a thorough understanding of the quality condition within the company.

• Able to work under pressure to meet desired outcomes;
• Decision Making.
