Reporting to the Team Leader you will fulfil the necessary requirements with regards to the operational activities / requirement in the Assembly Department to meet the Company’s objectives which is the manufacturing of high-quality components.


KEY JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Prepare engines, genset and fuel lines.
• Install engines, genset, fuel lines and exhaust systems.
• Install and prep steering system.
• Install and prep instruments (fuel gauges, amp meters, alarm gauges).
• Maintain quality and adhere to quality standards at all times.
• Maintain stable production-delivery.
• Be able to disassemble and re- assemble components.
• Achievement of health and safety standards.
• Fault finding and problem solving.


QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum: NQF Level 2 (Grade 10)
• Ideal: NQF Level 4 (Grade 12)
• Experience: With at least 2 ½ years related work experience.
• Excellent timekeeping and attendance record.
• Able to work weekends and overtime.
• Able to work in a team environment.
• Have a thorough understanding of the quality condition within the Company.
• Accurate measuring.
• Attention to detail and quality.
• Good housekeeping skills.
