QUALITY SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR

We are looking to appoint a Quality Systems/Assurance Administrator in the Quality Assurance Department. You will report to the Quality Assurance Manager. You will fulfil the necessary requirements within the Department to meet the Company’s objectives by providing administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of the Department and Office.


KEY JOB FUNCTIONS:

 Document Control:

  • Issue controlled documents as specified in the relevant procedure
  • Issue Handover Exception shortfalls as specified in the procedure
  • Assist the document controller to distribute printed documents as needed
  • Co-Ordinate Handover Exception Shortfalls with stores and the customer
  • Co-ordinate Manufacturing File & Commissioning File checking before archiving
  • Distribute printed documents to all factories using company vehicle

Data Capturing:

  • Updating and Adding Information to the Boat Life Cycle/Activity board.
  • Co-Ordinate All Document Registers Numbering System
  • Co-Ordinate All Document Control Transmittals
  • Compile reports

Equipment Packs:

  • Coordinate compiling and issuing of boat equipment packs

Adhoc:

  • Perform ad hoc tasks as and when required.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum qualification: NQF Level 4 qualification
  • Ideal qualification: Office Diploma/Degree
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years office administrative experience
  • Boat building experience advantageous
  • Proven Microsoft Excel skills
  • Manufacturing environment experience advantageous
